Civil Litigation
Civil litigation is a legal dispute between two or more parties that seek money damages or specific performance rather than criminal sanctions. A lawyer who specializes in civil litigation is known as a "litigator" or "trial lawyer." I practice civil litigation and represent parties in trials, hearings, arbitrations and mediations before administrative agencies, federal, state and local courts.
Any type of disagreement can erupt into a contentious dispute that requires the services of a skilled civil litigation attorney. I first attempt to resolve disputes outside of the courtroom in order to save my clients the time and expense of a trial. However, if the opposition refuses to offer or agree to a fair settlement, I am well prepared to take your case to court. I have successfully represented clients in a broad range of civil suits, including those involving:

- Contract disputes
- Business disputes
- Property disputes
- Personal injury litigation
- Insurance coverage disputes
- Real estate litigation
- Failure to disclose real estate defects
- Construction defects
Are you in need of an attorney to defend your rights and interests? If so you need to contact me today. Let's face it. Some cases just need to be tried. If that is your case, you will want an experience trial attorney on your team.
